Membit Data Hunters Update (A Product of BAND)

Good day fellow P0x'ers! I figured since I posted about Band's new product, Membit Data Hunters, it was time for an update. I started roughly 36 hours as a "data hunter" and am pleased to report that the user interface is very simple and doesn't interfere with browsing too much. It's actually fairly easy to rack up points, especially if browsing X, Farcaster, or Bluesky is part of your daily routine. Now, of course, you are surrendering your data to BAND in exchange for these points. So, if that's not really your thing, then I guess participating in this project is not really for you. But, if you are like me, and enjoy participating in surveys/product development/etc. and getting rewarded for it, then you might want to check out becoming a Membit Data Hunter.

Here's what the dashboard looks like:

It is a small (277 kb) Google Chrome extension that you download, then simply link your X, Farcaster, or Bluesky account to it and start browsing. Each epoch is one hour, and you earn points as you browse and engage on these social media platforms.

What's funny is that honestly, I do not know what these points will ultimately be redeemed for. I am currently holding 1.6 million points, while the top user on the data hunter leaderboard has 33 million points. According to official documents from BAND, the point redemptions feature is coming soon. It mentions API credits and exclusive merchandise. Either way, this platform has become a part of my daily grind. I've been on the "free crypto journey" for nearly four years now. Sometimes, I put a lot of time in. Other times, I barely engage. But it does pay off...slowly!

In case you are a new follower or have not noticed, I put these links in every single one of my posts here on P0x so I can share with you what platforms I use to collect free crypto. I use the term "crypto dust" because you will not become a millionaire from these websites and apps, but it is a good way to add to your stack. After all, every satoshi counts!

I will continue to update on Membit Data Hunters. Let me know in the comments if you're a data hunter and how your experience has been so far!
