As if Easter weren't enough, the gooey marshmallow chicks are now invading your soda. That's right: Peeps have now become a flavor of Pepsi, again. The reviews are definitely mixed on this limited edition release.

It's actually not a new development. Pepsi x Peeps was first released in the spring of 2021 and was not available for sale in stores. Rather, three thousand cases of 7.5 oz cans were given away in a sweepstakes-style contest. You had to be one of the lucky winners to try this unique flavor in the past.

Now, Pepsi is making its Peeps fizz available in grocery stores and major retailers across the United States. Officially, it was suppose to hit store shelves on February 13 but some stores have put out the product early. Pepsi x Peeps comes in 20 oz bottles, as well as 10-packs of 7.5 oz cans. You must choose, but choose wisely.

As expected, Reddit users provide outstanding comedic analysis. The general consensus is that the marketing department at PepsiCo really dropped the ball by not naming the concoction Peepsi.

In a closely related development, Dr. Pepper flavored Peeps are now available at Walmart.
