This analogy has to do with the Matrix mythos and I would slowly get to my point at the end of my non-convoluted explanation. In Reloaded it is established that Neo is the sixth incarnation of the One and his primary function is to re-establish his code back into the source and select a few members of the human race to restart Zion after the machines destroy it. From Smith we learn that the first Matrix was a paradise and was created as a place with no human suffering but it failed with most of humanity rejecting the simulation because the human mind could not define or accept its existence without suffering. The answer came from the Oracle an intuitive program that allowed 99% to accept the simulation of the Matrix as long as the individual was given a choice. We learn that the Oracle is a machine program another layer of control within the system. After Neo saves Trinity he tells Morpheus “The prophecy is a lie” “I don’t believe that” “But you said it yourself, how can the prophecy be true if the war isn’t over?” Movie theorists have deduced that the real world in the movie Matrix is just another part of the Matrix this can be lightly explained by Neo’s powers working in the real world against the Sentinels and Smith’s possession of Bane in the real world. Do you get where I’m going with this?

  Nakamoto is an alias for the creator(s) of Bitcoin; A purely peer-to-peer version of electronic cash would allow online payments to be sent directly from one party to another without going through a financial institution. Satoshi is our Oracle the One would be Bitcoin. We the people are tired of our enslavement to centralized authorities and the revolution is Decentralization. But what if what we thought was the future and an end to our enslavement was just the beginning of it. The machines act as if Crypto is a direct threat to the established order but in reality or Matrices it’s just another system of control. I was just like the Kid “I believe Neo”. “You saved me”. Bitcoin tells me “No kid you saved yourself”. Bitcoin is not the One it's just the current savior of this iteration of the Matrix. Everybody has heard of One because he is a means to control the populace. How great will Bitcoin be when the Hashrate is not supported by Mining Pools with various percentages of the pie but are consolidated into a majority pool that supports the network not for coins but influence. Bitcoin also has a single point of failure, how can you access the network without power or the internet? There are alternatives but are you specifically setup with one of them in anticipation of this event?

   Antonopoulos' video Bitcoin and the coming Infrastructure inversion made the analogy of the invention of motor cars replacing horses. That the new depended on the old network or infrastructure which in the beginning was ill-adapted. But eventually there was an inversion where the new replace the old and innovations that weren't even conceived of are created for the new network. Is this why the new Centralized Banks (Nexo, Celisus, Blockfi) so closely resembled the old financial institutions that nickel and dimed you for the privilege of their services. The prophecy of the One is a lie and he is never coming because the best way to make you a slave is to build you a cage that you cannot see, give you choices that don't matter and for you to be so busy you don't realize what you are or how you came to be? I cannot see the future yet I'm still tied down in 1999 at the height of human civilization where I can buy anything but something about the world is not right I can feel it but I can't describe it.

  It’s ironic that I started off idealistic for a cause against the established order I thought I was just like Morpheus with my affinity for disobedience but now I realize I’m more like Persephone jaded that I used to be authentic however all I do is speculate when I can liquidate my assets. Someone once said that Bitcoin is a zero-sum game either you 10x your investment or nothing. It doesn’t matter to me if Bitcoin goes to the moon when the dollar is crashing; I’m just a simple guy that wants a fair exchange for his time for goods and services. Bitcoin is too centralized and I hope for the sake of the rest of the alts that it doesn’t maintain it's dominance. Want to wake up from the Matrix? Unplug man!
