tZERO has partnered with Alliance Investments. The first project they will tokenize is River Plaza, which is a luxury residential development in Manchester, UK. This will be the first real estate STO (Security Token Offering) in the UK, the tokenized value of this first project will be at least $25 million. The STO is expected to be launched in Q1 of 2020 on the Tezos blockchain. After tZERO and Alliance Investments first STO project, about $640 million of real estate projects in the UK will follow over the next few years.

With the addition of tZERO, Tezos’ prospect on STO’s being launched on their platform, is starting to look very impressive.
- BTG Pactual and Dalma Capital adopt Tezos for STOs worth $1 billion. The offering will also include the ongoing sale of ReitBZ token, a tokenized property offering, which was commenced in February. Originally, the STO was launched on Ethereum’s blockchain; however, now the bank is planning to move it to Tezos.
