Radion.fm is a DaPP where artists can upload music and earn money if users of the platform like and listen to your music. It will be an interactive platform where users can vote and the most popular music will be streamed. Users will also be able to download music from the platform. Earnings go to the artists.

Radion.fm is still in full development and there is a lot to do before it goes live. But you can already visit the website and listen to some streams. One of which is the podcast stream which airs 3 Tezos related podcasts at the moment.
Updated whitepaper will be out soon. The developers of Radion.fm felt limited on Ethereum. Looking into Tezos they found out that it was much easier to add certain features on Tezos. The on-chain voting mechanism in Tezos is likely one of the features that makes Tezos a suitable platform for Radion.fm.
On chain governance features are also being implemented in several other applications on Tezos. StakerDAO (And other DAO's to come) just launched and is already using on chain governance. So will the Coase cardgame, Tezsure and USTDZ (Tezos' first stable coin).
