The news is getting more disturbing and absurd, the more you read, the more you sink into some kind of gloomy anxiety. Apparently, we cannot avoid a big war in the end, the world and society within the countries are becoming more and more polarized.
I'm trying to distract myself...
Early morning, ocean. The girl on the treadmill smiled as she ran past me. A beautiful couple in pajamas walks along the promenade, chatting sweetly, holding cups of coffee in their hands. A tall, gray-haired man walking with a Labrador nods respectfully in greeting when he sees me. A light morning breeze is blowing. Parents are taking their kids to school. Volunteers are on duty at intersections, with stop signs and transfer moms with babies across the road. I can hear the soothing sound of the waves. Nature does not know what is happening in the world of politics, that there is a war somewhere, that blatant injustice is happening somewhere, that a dictatorship is restricting rights and freedom. I close my eyes... Only the sound of waves, the breeze, the cry of seagulls... We need to focus on this moment, plan our current affairs and set more global goals for ourselves...
But these thoughts still come to mind... What will happen tomorrow? How will we see the world tomorrow? Friends, it won't be the same anymore... We're coming to an end... It's not fear or hysteria, it's a statement of a pattern. The consequences of what a person does to this world, which was originally created and given to us by the ideal...
God has given man freedom of choice. And no other person has the right to take it away from you. I remain free and wish you all the same, to be free!

5. American values are worthy of respect.
And before that, Russians were told every day that no one in the world respects the United States, that the United States is rotting, that no one needs American companies in Russia, and that American values are terrible and disgusting.
When things don't go as smoothly as Putin wants, the United States will once again become rotting pindos for Russians...
