Those sentiments are what are usually taken advantage of by Institutional Traders to capture retail liquidity, so let's consider a SHORT for the weekly open.

It is also important to take into account the geopolitical scenario, since the waters are choppy, so we must be attentive to manage the operation in the best way.

Hypothesis and Expected Scenario:

The price could make an initial rally to the upside to incentivize short-term traders to enter by buying the market and use their long counterparty positions during the first few hours or days of the week to take short positions. Once they have finished shorting, we expect a slight liquidation of shorts, in the form of hunting for the stop losses of traders who are located in the right direction, and then we see the shift to the downside.

The movement could be fast and accelerated by some relevant news and/or data during the week, so we have to review the economic calendar to contrast the possible price development with our trading idea and manage the trade in the best possible way.
