The Mercado da Alegria has another day full of entertainment and good shopping. This market opens from 10 am to 7 pm, amid the cool shadows of the leafy Jardim do Passeio Alegre, in the city of Porto. This event stands out for the friendliness of the sellers, combined with the quality of the products sold, whether they are handmade, jewelery and fashion items, fashion accessories, decoration pieces, or local and regional products.

It has a privileged location in the antechamber of the beaches of Porto, the Mercado da Alegria receives the sea breeze, being a great refuge in the hottest hours.

It brings together the work of dozens of local artisans and sellers, with a wide range of products presented. It takes place every Sunday of the year, having only been interrupted in the last few months, due to the pandemic unfortunately.

Here you can find several types of products, what caught my attention were these honey products, where there was honey chocolate, honey tea, olive oils etc, to help this market I made some purchases, and I was very satisfied with the products honey.

It is good to see that in this market everyone was wearing a mask and had enough alcohol gel to disinfect their hands. I felt safe walking around here, because besides being outdoors I had all the security conditions.
