The class ship from the International Biological Station in Miranda do Douro penetrates the most spectacular section of the border park of the Arribas do Douro, interpreting the fauna, flora, geology and ethnographic resources of this "European Grand Canyon" and its spectacular vertical cliffs.

The 120 seater boat is soundproofed and integrated into the landscape, with a panoramic heated crystal roof, outdoor terraces for all passengers, laboratory, outdoor microphone for fauna and night vision cameras with infrared for investigation.
Due to its proximity to Miranda do Douro, the spectacular environment of class ship is complemented by the attraction of this medieval border town, its excellent gastronomy and hotel equipment, as well as its shopping area, ethnographic museum and monumental historic center.
This tour ended with a tasting of Port wines, as well as a didactic and interactive exhibition with fauna. The departures took place next to the city of Miranda do Douro - Portugal, on its border with Zamora - Spain.
