Hi guys, this is the continuation of Operation Matchmaking! 

 

"…would love to see you in person though!"

Laurice's pensive disposition on how she will push through on her plans with regard to his statement. So she tries her best to convince him and as their friendship progresses, she is more confident that he will like her friend and the feeling will be mutual. Thus from time to time she is making an effort to communicate with him and relaying the messages to Angela where she will meekly smile and nod on it. Tristan calls her one day asking whether they can do face time and she is all smile and willingly agreed, of course she makes sure Angela is available so she can make an excuse and they could talk instead (clever idea)

"I'm glad to talk to you at least on face time, you seem easy to talk with, for sure my friend will be delighted!"

"are you match making again?" Tristan sounds to be in a good mood.

"I would love you guys could at least meet. I mean give it a try who knows! 

You will never know until you will meet my friend. She is kind, beautiful, successful....."

Tristan seems amuse and ask, 

"Is she around?"

"Yup. You will like her. I'm sure of it."

So Tristan and Angela talk online almost an hour and in the end excuses herself though undeniably enjoying the conversation with him. 😊

"so how was it? I mean you both seem happy talking together online how much more if it's for real right?"

Playing cupid eh!  It excites her to see that he and her friend seem to be in good terms after talking online and Laurice on the other hand feels triumphant. 

"well she seems okay. Hey I admire you for setting us up together 

but like I told you before, I would love to see you instead, will you?"

Laurice with all her excitement agreed to the meet up despite his confession of meeting her as she knows he is  merely teasing around. They are already friends after all. Fondly calling each other as brother and sister yay!

Meeting day comes….

Angela knows that Tristan likes Laurice so she will give her friend a dose of her own medicine.
