First, the name comes from the SHIFT from traditional investing to crypto investement model with the CARDAno ecosytem. But it's not only one more launchpad even it will be - at the beginning - for Cardano project

Cardano have a sustainable approach, in this way Cardashift's future projects will be selected for their environmental and social impact which "solve important real-world issues" with "7 themes, 7 goals and 7 emergencies" : Water, Air, Food, Education, stable Ecosystems and Finance. in addition token holders can choose which project will be listed via the governance system.

Cardashift's entire ecosystem (DEX, wallet, etc ...) will be powered by its own crypto, $CLAP which will be launched on January 27, 2022 via an ICO or flash sale (need KYC procedure before ). The flash sale lasted 10 min. The second launch phase (January 30, 2022) was the public sale where 160 million $CLAP were sold (30 $CLAP for 1 $ADA). Now $CLAP are live on Sundaeswap and Muesliswap.
