Tim Draper’s VC firm Draper Goren Holm has raised $25 million for its first venture capital fund, CoinDesk first reported on October 13.
- Draper Goren Holm’s first venture capital fund will be used to support its startup accelerator and back blockchain companies at higher investment valuations
- The venture funds will invest between $250,000 to $500,000 in seed, Series A and select later investment rounds; pre-seed funding rounds will be allocated between $10,000 and $50,000 for a 4% to 10% ownership stake
- Most recently, Draper Goren Holm invested in Israeli exchange Simetria
- Draper is a prominent investor in Bitcoin and cryptocurrency, having invested in several projects, including real estate project Propy
