Digital identity and data management blockchain project Ontology (ONT) has partnered with automobile manufacturer Daimler’s blockchain division and blockchain-based products. Daimler announced at Startup Autobahn EXPO Day, held on September 24.

• The Daimler Mobility AG Blockchain Factory and Ontology unveiled MoveX, a blockchain-based mobility platform
• The platform uses Ontology’s decentralized identity framework ONT ID to integrate services across providers
• The two companies also showcased the first app on the platform, Welcome Home, which offers users highly personalized experiences and service integrations
• The Ontology team has said that it will focus on including offline data in the future, including data on parking tickets and claims
