Nobody would try running with a broken leg. Why do we do it when our mental health needs treatment?

Life is hard. Stress hits from all directions. This state may go on for too long.

Your energy level is falling at an alarming rate, yet you no longer notice.

Ideally, you should stop and catch your breath.

Your body demands

  • Sleep

  • Nutrition

  • Rest

Sounds simple, yet it is so difficult.

You can start by reducing sugar intake.

Exhaustion makes us fancy quick rewards — just a tiny bit of chocolate…

This leads to a blood sugar crash and brings more havoc to the body. Slowly weight starts creeping in.

Try to find time for a break from stress. Even 10 minutes will do wonders.

Proper sleep will eventually come back.
