Celebrate your achievements — and be proud of yourself!

Appreciate them. Analyse them. Enjoy them.


It is important to celebrate your achievements and understand what their strong points are. Make a list of them. Guess if you have to.

Apparently, there was at least something good in your performance or creation. This is excellent!

You should also identify what you could have done better or differently so that the next time around, you will be better prepared.

Do not criticise yourself! Avoid negative thoughts because they will not help you in any way. They are only going to make you miserable.

Do not fuss over imperfections but appreciate the positive aspects.

Focus on what you did well and congratulate yourself on pulling it through.
