There are times when your mind is blank, your thoughts are empty, and there is just fog everywhere around you.

You are confused and lost, maybe looking for direction or just utterly scared to move. Maybe you are too weak and exhausted.

This is fine.

This is your body saying that it needs your attention. You have been ignoring it for too long. Listen to its voice, and ask it how it is feeling.

Even though you do not realise it, at that very moment, you are like a blank canvas. You are on the verge of a life-changing moment.

You can choose to ignore the warning signs and assume that life will just work out and that things will arrange on their own. That is an option.

Something will likely appear on the canvas of your life.

But what if you took your time and regain your strength? What if you evaluated your goals and wishes and started thinking about what exactly you want your blank canvas to look like?

What matters to you the most? How can you achieve it? Do you need to put in loads of effort, or does it depend on external factors? Is there something you can do to make the situation more favourable so that things go in your way?

Take the brush and start painting on your canvas. Or take crayons if you wish ;)

Just find your way and take a step forward towards the life that will make you truly happy.
