Today, another non-alcoholic beer paired with zucchini casserole. It's important to note that the entire recipe is mine, and the casserole is homemade. In any case, my wife must be delighted.

The recipe for this delicacy isn't complicated, assuming you have any cooking or baking experience. It will be available in a separate post on this platform, in a fairly detailed format.

And I could write endlessly about this beer - "Miłosław" from the Fortuna brewery, and I will say right from the start that it is the best non-alcoholic beer I have ever drunk.

You might not like the color because it resembles lemon water, or you might not like the fact that it's cloudy, but you can't deny that it tastes delicious and is refreshing. Why?

This beer owes its flavor and crispness to a proprietary non-alcoholic brewing method. The beer is dry-hopped in top fermentation, using excellent hops: Amarillo, Citra, Lubelski, Cascade, and Cinook.

Additionally, Sencha Earl Grey tea is used in the beer, giving it a resinous, citrusy flavor. As you can see, such ingredients are sure to make a good beer—and they do.

Moreover, the beer has quite a bit of bitterness (7/10) because it is an IPA, so the combination with the citrus flavor works perfectly here.

This beer is best served at a temperature of 6-8 degrees Celsius, in a glass, of course. It's also worth noting that the beer is sold in returnable bottles! I wholeheartedly recommend this drink.

Enjoy your meal 😋😉
