Today on the plate a farm chicken, or rather one of its components, i.e. a drumstick and a beer from the Amber Brewery, called Złote Lwy. In fact, this combination is a big "faux-pas" because the beer from the "Amber" brewery is very good, and a chicken drumstick bought in a supermarket is obvious.

The "Złote Lwy" beer is produced using a traditional method. An important advantage of this beer is the water obtained from deep wells.

The composition of course includes barley malt and very good varieties of hops, including hops called IUNGA.

The Złote Lwy beer is a classic bottom-fermented Lager. It has a light amber color (which is inscribed in the name of the brewery) and a specific, rich aroma.
The foam is white, very high, but falls quickly. The taste is slightly honey-like, hoppy but not too bitter.

I know that serving this drink with chicken from an industrial farm may not be a good idea, but the beer tasted delicious.>

Enjoy your meal 😉
