The first mess has arrived.

I should have published the recipe for a watermelon sorbet but it didn't go as I wanted.
Reality and our expectations do not always coincide, we must take note and continue to try to improve ourselves, always.
After the cake that "danced" in the oven (of which unfortunately I have no testimony) this is my second sensational flop!

I decided to publish anyway to play down.

Surely the next recipe will get better!
