I took a day off.
I went to the lake.
I needed to relax, to disconnect.
The lake is perfect for this, a magnificent view, the mountains overlooking the calm water, the green of the grass near the lake.
A warm sun that charges you with energy and a cool wind that caresses your body.
A cot, a good book, something fresh to quench your thirst.
I really needed it, it was an intense year, where I got more and more charged, with alarms before dawn, endless days culminating with me closing my eyes at 9.30 pm and my head was dangling!
It's hard but I'm not giving up, it only took me a day to recharge the batteries !!!
Today I am not proposing a real recipe, but an idea.
We are used to using 100% jams, marmalades or spreads for breakfast.
They satisfy our palate but provide us with a very low intake of vitamins and minerals because they are cooked.
Why not use fresh fruit puree on bread?
In this way we can enjoy a super breakfast with a closer eye to vitamins and minerals.
I used peaches for this recipe, but you can use many types of fruit.

Ingredients
1 peach
1 made of wholemeal bread

Method
Wash and pit the peach and if you prefer, peel it, blend it in a blender capable of blending even small quantities and spread it on bread.
