The salad I made today contains nuts, which are rich in potassium, phosphorus, magnesium and calcium. The vitamins most present in it are A and E. Nuts have beneficial effects on the brain, prevent cardiovascular disease and hypertension, are valuable for heart health, lower cholesterol and reduce the risk of diabetes.
I dress my salads with an emulsion of lemon juice and extra virgin olive oil, to which I sometimes add powdered ginger, garlic powder and pepper. If you wish, you can add a pinch of salt.

In this salad I put: variegated radicchio, red radicchio, beans, carrots, avocado, tomatoes, dried onion, radishes, walnuts, hemp seeds.
