My primary school teacher was called Marta.

Before the last bell rang, she took out her little cosmetic bag, freshened up her makeup, and combed her hair with a comb. When I was a kid I thought all teachers did this, so I imitated her.

Now as a woman, I don't apply nail polish, I chose henna to cover white hair. I try to be as natural as possible because I care more about the substance than the form, because I try to use as many natural products as possible on my body and finally because I prioritize the activities that I consider most important.

Salad is one of my favorite dishes. Daily consumption in the two main meals. I try to follow the seasonality of fruit and vegetables, even if I can't resist tomatoes and courgettes, which I buy all year round. In the creation of the salad I try to vary the composition and the colors of the vegetables, in order to have as varied a contribution as possible of vitamins and mineral salts.

I dress my salads with an emulsion of lemon juice and extra virgin olive oil, to which I sometimes add powdered ginger, garlic powder and pepper. If you wish, you can add a pinch of salt.

 

 

 

In this salad I put: lettuce salad, tomato, avocado, baby spinach, hemp seeds, pepper.
