I wrote this post one evening , before going to sleep.

I felt hurt and not respected.

To cheer me up I prepare a pesto that I love, based on avocado. I like it because it uses raw materials, preserving vitamins and minerals.


If you prefer, you can use fresh garlic.

You can use this pesto to dress pasta or rice. It is also perfect to eat on toast or with crakers.


250gr Clean Avocado

2 Tomatoes

Handful of Basil

1 Teaspoon of garlic powder

Extra virgin olive oil


Peel and pit the avocado then blend it with the basil and garlic powder. Wash the tomatoes, cut them into cubes and mix them with the pesto and add 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil.

Cook and drain the pasta and toss with the avocado pesto.

If you want you can add a pinch of salt.
