I love coconut, it makes me think of vacations on some tropical island.
Maybe with some background music played by a ukulele.
I love its scent in oils, creams and conditioners.
I often use it in desserts to increase the sweetness since I don't use sugar.
I like to drink freshly opened coconut milk.
What smoothie could I offer you today if not one with coconut, to take you on vacation, even if only with your imagination.
Advice
If you don't have fresh coconut, you can replace it with 40g of coconut flakes.
If you don't have a powerful blender you may need 1 or 2 tablespoons of coconut milk.
Ingrediants
2 bananas
100 gr fresh coconut
½ tablespoon of vanilla
1 teaspoon psyllium cuticle seed powder
Method
Wash, peel and chop the fruit into large pieces and place in the freezer for at least 4 hours. When the fruit is frozen, put it in your blender, add the vanilla and psyllium and blend until the consistency is creamy like ice cream. Unleash your imagination for decoration, you can use fresh fruit, dried fruit, granola or dried fruit.
