Cherry smoothie

Cherry smoothie

As a child, I always watched a lot of television.

My parents worked and stayed away all day.

I grew up dreaming of doing things without ever doing them.

Only now do I see the processes behind the successes, I see the failures behind the victories.

Everything is never perfect and perhaps the beauty is right there.

The beauty lies in the research, in the attempt, in the constancy in seeing how it will end.

Here is the recipe for a fresh and healthy cherry smoothie.

This smoothie has no added refined sugars, being very light, you can enjoy it as a dessert / sorbet at the end of a meal or as a fresh snack on summer days.

Advice

If you don't have a blender, you can add a tablespoon or two of a frozen fruit and vegetable drink to the food processor to begin processing.

If you want a sweeter flavor you can add a spoonful of honey or a vegan version of dates before blending.

Ingredients

2 bananas

250 gr of cherries

Preparation

Wash the cherries and remove the stones, cut the bananas into large pieces. Put the fruit in the freezer for at least 4 hours. When the fruit is frozen, put it in your blender and blend it until it has a creamy consistency like ice cream. Unleash your imagination for decoration, you can use fresh fruit, dried fruit, muesli or dried fruit.
