Even in the kitchen you can make a difference to your health by not using refined sugars.

You can start by making this frozen smoothie, it's vegan and contains lots of good fruit.

This berry smothie is healthy and ideal as a dessert or delicious snack.

Advice

If you don't have a powerful blender, you can add a tablespoon or two of a almond milk to your food processor to start processing.

If you want a sweeter flavor you can add a date or dried apricots.

Ingrediant

1 banana

250 gr of berries

2 teaspoons of psyllium husks

Preparation

Wash, peel and chop the fruit and place in the freezer for at least 4 hours. When the fruit is frozen, put it in the blender and blend until you get a creamy consistency like ice cream. Unleash your imagination for decoration, you can use fresh fruit, dried fruit, muesli or dried fruit.
