I visited Shogran this winter to enjoy snowfall. Shogran is a hill station situated in Kaghan Valley Pakistan. Shogran is 7,749 ft above sea level. Shogran is 34 Km away from Balakot. The road from Islamabad to Kiwai is good and easily accessible but from Kiwai, tourists hire a jeep to reach Shogran in winter. On the way, many waterfalls come and tourists can enjoy scenic views and tea. The jeep track is very dangerous and slippery. Driver chains their jeep's tires to reach Shogran.

In winter Shogran is very beautiful all covered with snow. People can enjoy different snow sports at Shogran and also take photographs. In winter other high-altitude areas like Naran and different lakes are closed so all tourists visit Shogran. Shogran is open for visitors in summer and winter. From Shogran view of Siri Paye and 'Musa ka Musala Peak' is really nice.
