Ingredients
1 kg of anchovies
1 cup flour (approximately)
1 teaspoon salt
Olive oil (depending on the size of the pan)
Lemon
Preparation
We pull the head and together the entrails will come out. We wash them well, we drain them and we salt them.
Mix a little salt in the flour and grind them.
Heat the olive oil and fry them until they turn reddish.
Take them out on absorbent paper to remove the excess oil.
Serve hot with lemon.
