Good morning my friends, different burger/meatballs today , delicious and more healthy. . Let’s create this together

 

Ingredients


500 gr. minced chicken

1 onion, very chopped

1 yellow pepper, finely chopped

1 carrot, finely chopped

1 kg sweet paprika

½ κ.γ. ginger, powder

½ κ.σ. mustard, soft

5-6 tbsp. olive oil

Salt

Pepper

 

 

Preparation

Heat a pan over medium heat.

Add 3-4 tbsp. from the olive oil and sauté the onion, pepper & carrot until soft. Remove the pan from the heat and let them cool completely.

Place the minced meat in a bowl, add the spices, the mustard, season with salt and pepper and set the bowl aside.

Once the vegetables have cooled, transfer them to the multi and mash them. Then empty them into the bowl with the minced meat, mix them wearing disposable gloves and then cover the bowl with a transparent film and transfer it to the refrigerator for 1 hour.

When 1 hour has passed, remove the minced meat from the fridge, put a pan to burn over medium heat, adding a little olive oil. We shape the burgers with our hands to the size we want by pressing them gently.

Place the burgers in the pan and bake them on both sides. When they are ready, leave them aside on a plate.

Execution for yogurt sauce: Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix until smooth.

Serve the burgers with the sweet potatoes and the yogurt sauce.
