Good morning my friends, is there anyone that don't love croissants??? I doubt Let me show you an easy way to create this

 

Ingredients

1 egg
50gr. Fresh yeast
500gr. flour for all uses
120gr. butter
3k.s. sugar
1 glass of milk
1kg chopped salt
1 box of hazelnut praline, lukewarm
1kg chopped olive oil

Preparation

Melt the yeast in lukewarm milk and add the sugar and let it rise.
2. After melting the butter, put it in a bowl and add the puffed yeast.
Knead your ingredients well, until a dough is formed that does not stick to your hands and let it rise for 45 minutes.
Divide the dough into balls and after forming triangles, roll them to form the croissants.
Brush them with egg yolk and oil and bake at 180 degrees for about twenty minutes, until golden brown.
6. While still hot, fill the side with the praline, using a fork.
