Good morning my friends, is there anyone there that not love pizza ??? I don't think so ;)
So let’s make together an amazing homemade pizza that you will love it

Ingredients

6 tbsp. Homemade tomato sauce for pizza
500 g flour g.o.x.
260 g of lukewarm water
1 sachet of dry yeast
1 kg fine salt
1 pinch of sugar
3 tbsp. olive oil
700g grated semi-hard cheese
1 red pepper
3 slices of bacon
3 sliced portobello mushrooms
A little semolina finely for sprinkling

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 230o in the air.
Put a large baking tray (the rectangular classic) to burn well.
Dissolve the yeast in the water and add the sugar, leave it to activate for 10 minutes. When foamy the surface is ready.
Put the flour and salt in a bowl and mix with a spoon.
Add the activated yeast to the flour and add the olive oil.
Stir in a circle with a spoon. When we can no longer mix with the spoon, we start and shape with our hands. The dough should be soft, elastic and pliable.
Lightly grease a deep bowl and put in the dough. Cover with cling film and let it double in volume for about 2 hours at room temperature.
Divide the dough into 2 equal parts and sprinkle with semolina.
For convenience, we take a cutting board and sprinkle it with semolina, we take one dough and we open it with our rolling pin. If it sticks, add semolina.
Add 3 tbsp. Homemade tomato sauce for pizza cheese, mushrooms, peppers, bacon.
Open the oven and place the pizza on the baking tray (the semolina on the cutting board will help the pizza to roll on the baking tray easily).
Bake until our dough turns brown and the ingredients are cooked on our pizza (about 10 minutes).

Stay safe and healthy my friends and take care of your people

My best wishes from Greece
