Good morning my friends, today is a delicious pie day to continue celebrating the new year

Ingredients


1.5 lt milk

170 gr. fine semolina

500 gr. granulated sugar

4 eggs, medium

60 gr. butter, frozen

1 tbsp. vanilla extract

 

For serving:

Cinnamon, grated

 


Preparation

Put the milk, the semolina, the sugar and the butter in the pot.

Simmer over medium heat and stir constantly with the hand wire until the mixture thickens.

Remove the pan from the heat and without stopping the beating, add the eggs one by one, waiting for the first to be discarded before adding the next.

Then add the vanilla extract, stir for a while and pour the milk pie mixture into a buttered rectangular pan 25X35cm in diameter.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° C in air for 70 ', until it turns brown on top and the mixture has thickened a little.

Once it is ready, let the milk pie cool out of the oven, cut it into square pieces and serve sprinkling with cinnamon.
