Good morning my friends, I try this pie for very first time and I must say this is a delicious dessert without many calories and very easy to cook . Let’s do it together step by step
Ingredients
1 packet of crust sheet
2 tangerines
250ml sunflower oil
250gr. sugar
250gr. yoghurt
3 eggs
2 vanilla
20gr. baking powder
1 teaspoon soda
For the syrup
600gr. sugar
400ml water
200ml tangerine juice
1 cinnamon stick
Preparation
In a pan, place the leaves next to each other crumpled and bake in a preheated oven at 150 degrees for about 30 minutes. When they are ready, let them cool.
In a saucepan, boil the two tangerines with enough water for 10 minutes, strain them, and put clean water again. Continue cooking for another 20 minutes. Remove from the heat and let cool.
For the syrup, put in a saucepan the water, the sugar, the juice from the mandarins and the cinnamon stick, boil for 5 minutes and leave to cool completely.
In a bowl, mix the sunflower oil with the sugar. Add the yogurt and continue with the eggs and vanilla, beat very well.
Remove any stones from the boiled mandarins and squeeze the excess juice to leave. Mash in the food processor and add the soda, mix and transfer into the mixture.
Pour in the baking powder and beat until the ingredients are homogenous, break the crust sheets into large pieces and add to the mixture gradually, mixing very well with a spatula.
Grease a pan and pour the mixture, spread evenly and bake in a preheated oven at 170 degrees for 45-50 minutes.
When we take it out of the oven, cut it into pieces and pour the syrup over it, leave it to cool and serve.
