Foodbook #541 Shrimp Linguine Pasta

Foodbook #541 Shrimp Linguine Pasta

Good morning my friends , one of my favorite and delicious recipes just for you today . Let’s do this

500gr. spaghetti
80ml olive oil
12 shrimp
1 onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 red chili pepper, finely chopped
60ml white wine
3 ripe tomatoes, grated
20gr. capers, rinsed
40gr. butter
40gr. parmesan, grated
Or a bunch of parsley, finely chopped
salt flower, freshly ground pepper

In a saucepan with plenty of boiling salted water, boil the spaghetti according to the instructions on the package. Clean the shrimp from the shells by removing the small intestine, but leaving the head and tail.

In a pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat and sauté the shrimp for 1 minute. Remove them from the pan with a slotted spoon and keep them warm on a plate.

Saute the onion, garlic and chili in the same pan. Quench with the wine and as soon as the alcohol evaporates add the tomatoes. Let the sauce simmer, set and melt.

Add the shrimp to the sauce again, stir in the capers and bring to a boil. Stir in the spaghetti, season with salt and pepper, add the butter, parmesan and parsley. Stir to incorporate all ingredients and flavors and serve immediately on hot plates.

Enjoy this and I will totally wait for your comments

Stay safe and healthy my friends and take care of your people

My best wishes from Greece
