Good morning my friends, today is a lovely day and you know why??? Cause we will cook chicken, anyone loves chicken so the day will be lovely haha , let’s see how will do it

Ingredients

1 chicken roll (ready from the butcher shop)
2 kilos of potatoes
1 box of whole mushrooms
2 green peppers
200 gr. bacon
1 tablespoon hot mustard
2 tablespoons soft mustard
1 glass of wine oil
juice of 2 lemons
oregano, salt, pepper
1 pot. wine water

Preparation

Peel the potatoes and cut them into large pieces. Wash them and put them in a bowl. Add salt, pepper and oregano and mix well.

Cut the pepper into cubes, cut the bacon into chunks and put them in the large kitchen pan, along with the chicken and mushroom roll.

Beat for a while in the multi, the oil, the mustards, the lemon juice and a little water.

Pour this over the potatoes that we have in the bowl and mix them so that they all oil well.

Put the potatoes in the pan and pour the potato sauce over the roll.

If necessary, add a little water. Bake at 200 degrees for 1.5 - 2 hours.

Tips

- Bake in a hull for an hour and then uncover it and turn it to cook well on all sides.

- Cover the food with foil for the first hour of cooking because the roll grabs out and the potatoes remain raw, then uncover it and turn it to cook well on all sides.

- In case you do not have a hull and do not want to use foil, put the food in the oven pan and cover it with the other pan that the kitchen has, the one where we bake the cookies. So you can make a makeshift hull to make the food delicious.

Ready to serve and ready to make all your family happy, I hope you enjoy this.

Stay safe and healthy my friends and take care of your people

My best wishes from Greece
