Good morning my friends, an easy and tasteful recipe for all of you today with not many ingredients and don’t huge amount of time at preparation and cooking. Let’s start and you will see


1 kg of olive calf
1 onion
1 clove garlic
250 g of tomato juice
1 tablespoon pulp
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon allspice (you can do less)
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon cloves
2 bay leaves


We take our calf and let it come to room temperature for a while ..
Dry the beef very well with paper .. Put oil in our pot until it covers the bottom .. Start frying ..
Once our pieces get colored, we remove them and put them on a plate .. we put the onion and the garlic in our pot until they soften ..
Then we put the veal again and extinguish it with wine .. then we pour the spoonful of pulp in a glass of water and we throw it in the veal ..
Put the tomato juice, all our spices, cinnamon, nutmeg, spice and cloves, the two bay leaves and fill with water up to the middle of the pot.
Close the lid and let it boil for about two and a half to three hours. In the last half hour we open the lid, add salt and pepper and let our sauce thicken ..
In another pot we put water with salt .. let it boil we add our spaghetti .. Once they are done we take out the spaghetti and serve with mizithra and on top our braised veal .. ready ..
