Good morning my friends, easy and fast for today but amazing and delicious, Italian taste , Greek way .... let’s see

Ingredients

200 gr. spaghetti
200 gr. chopped bacon or pancetta
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
2 whole eggs
125 ml sour cream with 35% fat
60 gr. grated parmesan
1 tbsp. olive oil
Salt and pepper

Preparation

Boil the spaghetti for 7-8 minutes in salted water.
At the same time, in a pan, over medium heat, heat the olive oil and sauté the garlic for 2 minutes. Add the bacon until golden brown, for 5 minutes.
Add the pancetta to the pasta, along with a little olive oil.
In a bowl, mix the eggs, sour cream and grated cheese.
Transfer the boiled pasta to the pan, which we have removed from the heat, with the garlic and bacon. Immediately pour over the spaghetti with the egg mixture, stirring well.
Serve the carbonara hot immediately with freshly ground pepper.
