Novak Djokovic just might retire

By CryptoWordsmith | Mixed Bag | 20 Apr 2020

Novak Djokovic has announced that he may not return to competitive tennis if vaccinations become mandatory for professional tennis. The current Number 1 men's player on the planet made the announcement on Sunday, in a live Facebook chat with several fellow Serbian athletes.

Personally I am opposed to vaccination - Novak Djokovic

Djokovic started the 2020 season with a bang, winning the Australian Open in January for his 17th Grand Slam title. This also increased his winning streak to 18 matches before the COVID-19 pandemic brought sporting events around the world to a halt.

The question is whether sports associations around the world will require mandatory COVID-19 vaccinations to protect athletes and fans alike.  The larger issue is whether governments will require mandatory vaccinations to keep their populations safe.

When will we see this end up as a legal challenge in the justice system?
