Unfortunately, another summer in which we see the tragic news of fires, in many places where the heat is very strong, like in Spain, Greece or Italy for example now in Sicily. It seems that it is the season to burn especially the forests.

This year, like most, is particularly difficult and sad in this regard. Also in areas that are very familiar to me, with what seems to call our attention more and saddens us more too. Thousands of natural hectares destroyed (it seems that the burned land is very attractive for the large photovoltaic companies, there will still be people who will do business with misfortune), because what is known is that 99% are caused, that is the worst.

They destroy the entire precious natural environment, in that area, many animals (we must not forget about them), they destroy crops of almond trees, peaches, orchards and can even reach almost to the doors of the houses. A whole life turned to ash.

Even without being there, its effects are felt, about 60km away you can see the smoke, you smell smoke when you get out of bed, and when you look at the sky, the other day in the afternoon, the sun was also on, red and almost hidden under a blanket of brown clouds, they were not clouds, they were remains of the fire that, due to the wind, were traveling south very quickly. How sad to know where that comes from!

It seems that thanks to the tasks of the forest firefighters it is being controlled, luckily, but we should also think about why those who live there have not been allowed to clean the mountain, those tasks that are so necessary that only farmers, ranchers and hunters really know how to do them. , not the city and office ecologists. Nor has anyone given financial aid to prepare all these areas and take care of them as they should, while our taxes are spent on private plane trips, among other things... Then the complaints come, but those who suffer, not those who should, complain. being responsible, they continue to live in luxury.

Well, I have been able to follow how this new natural tragedy has evolved and also, a train was not notified and ended up in the fire, the passengers due to panic broke windows to get out when they saw the flames too close, they could have died, fortunately there were only a few injured, but the controversy now is to see if it is the fault of the driver or that from the control center they did not cancel that train or warn of the imminent danger.

Let's hope they let the people who really know about forests and nature live and take care of their environment, because those who legislate, fine and persecute know nothing, other than getting a good salary, too good for what they know and do. Perhaps what they should do is nothing, let live, and act in good faith, protect what is essential, nature, our environment, our country and our lives. Although they do not care much, except to go take the picture for media.

But again we see that it is ordinary people, the ones who save what is ours, the ones who help each other, and the ones who will get ahead despite everything. Wishing that there are no more undesirables that burn more forests, we must go against them, we must prevent and we must take care of what is ours, our wealth and our lives. I hope I don't see that red sky and sun anymore, nor smell that smoke. Let's hope there are no more fires.
