Here's a summary of the two most effective ways to deal with anxiety and stress:
1 - Remove the source of anxiety and stress in your life, if you feel stressed or anxious everyday that means there's clearly something in your life that makes you feel fear or insecure when thinking about the future and nervous or enraged when thinking about the present, try to ask yourself daily what is causing those emotions and how you can try to remove this from your life, a mental exercise that is very useful if you are having difficulty on finding this is imagining your life but without one aspect, it can be a person, an activity or things like the need to work, the need to be 'beautiful' and etc. Navigate on this imaginary world and see if the removed aspect was your stressor.
2 - Change your reaction to your stress/anxiety source, this one is even more difficult than the former, here you need to lower your emotional range, trying to let only things that you can control affect your emotional state, one way to start this is to create a list of both things in your control and things out of your control, then start to daily write on why you shouldn't care about those who are away from your control.
Both things require time and daily effort, but they will pay off if done consistently.
