Relaxing videos in these stressful times

How are your stress levels at the moment? Are you in lockdown, partial lockdown, unable to travel to see family or friends? Or are you under pressure financially, trying to find work and look after your family? Or possibly a combination of all of the above.

Facing challenges keeps us awake, makes our sleep poor, which leads to tiredness, lack of alertness, general feelings of fatigue and just generally worn out. Thus we are not positioned well to think clearly, change tack quickly to take advantage of changing circumstances or to work hard to earn more in these challenging times.

So to face these challenges and problems head on, we need to get good quality sleep for the right amount of time. I find these videos useful to provide some relaxing background so I can forget, for at least a couple of hours, the stresses and tribulations that we find ourselves in.

And I always find the time for five minutes of meditation, at the beginning and end of each day.

Stay calm if you can, relax if you can and find some time to look after yourself, even if it is only 5 minutes a day. As the British say, keep calm and have a cup of tea!
