Whew today has been an active one!
I got in a ring workout this morning, which I slightly adjusted due to a sorry muscle in my leg, so I left out the abs and the squats.
After the workout, we hit the bikes and went on a nice walk up and down Cocles Beach, where I snapped this photo of me doing tree pose while getting some sun! :)
All exercises below performed with rings!
Chin-ups
Set 1: 8 Reps
Set 2: 8 Reps
Pull-ups
Set 1: 4 Reps
Set 2: 4 Reps
Pushups
Set 1: 8 Reps
