Today I finally got back onto the rings and got a workout in!
After I got sick in November, I really got thrown off, especially with the holidays in December.
I’m slowly getting back into it, and now that I’m staying in Costa Rica for 2 months, I’ve got some amazing weather, so no winter cold excuses :)
For this workout, I did a couple sets of pull ups, chin-ups, and pushups, but went pretty slow and made sure not to go too hard too fast.
I’m so happy to be back on the rings and to get my flow going again!!
