I’ve finally invested in gymnastic rings!
This is a huge leap forward for my calisthenics journey, and after only a couple workouts I’m already feeling the effects.
Instead of only using the bar, rings demand more muscle fibers for each exercise in order to create stability.
This extra requirement from the muscle means more tension and more stress on the muscle, which of course leads to stronger and larger muscles.
I did about half of what I normally do for workouts, but was amazed at how I could literally do every exercise in my routine using these rings.
Not only am I excited that I’ve stuck with my workout routine for months now, but now I’m especially stoked knowing the rings are going to definitely increase my results.
