If we think about the problem…
We will be influenced by what others say.
We will buy unnecessary things.
We will also run to medicines immediately.
But…
If we switch to need-based thinking—
• What do I really want?
• What am I in?
• What makes me happy?
When this clarity comes..
reaction will decrease.
Peace will come.
A peace will be created within.
Let's think of physical hygiene as keeping the body healthy…
Similarly, emotional hygiene is very important for the mind.
Emotional hygiene is:
We should not allow negative chemical reactions to occur in the brain.
From morning to night, happy chemicals should be created.
24 hours a day.
To do that, you need to focus on two things:
1) Giving value and happiness to others – trying not to give stress.
Many times we give stress to others without realizing it:
• “Do this”
• “Don’t do that”
• Our ideology forces us
Instead of this…
- We need to recognize them
- We need to appreciate them
- We need to value them
- We need to act in a way that makes them feel wanted
This is what creates comfort.
When comfort comes…
self-correction comes.
Responsibility naturally comes.
This is real emotional hygiene.

What is the goal?
If we understand this clearly…
The logical brain will start working.
Logical brain:
• Creates solutions
• Designs the future
• Attracts good events
• Moves life forward
Our life is not about getting stuck in problems.
Create.
Fix.
Grow.
If emotional brain dominance comes…
There is a lot of stress.
Health issues come.
Mental struggle comes.
If logical brain leads…
Calmness comes.
Health improves.
Opportunity comes naturally.
If positive chemicals are created…
Success happens without force.
