Dear Friends,

From my experience, I would like to reiterate that our thought is the real medicine.

When I interacted with a group of people sometime back, 
They talked about changes.
Everyone shared what changed after the practice of mental health and thoughtful practices.

Experience 1 – Ticket miracle
A person said:
“I did not get a ticket. It was a waiting list.
But I thought I would definitely go.
Not the same train… but I went to the same day, same time, and same place.”
What changed?
The railway did not change.
The system did not change.
His thinking changed.
No frustration.
Instead, hope.
Life responded.

Experience 2 – The person who walked without a walking stick
A person who had a stroke came using a walking stick.
Stress decreased.
Frustration decreased.
After the fifth day…
He slowly let go of the stick.
He started walking.
Is this magic?
No.
When our fear decreases, the body often get relaxes.
When stress decreases, the blood flow also improves.
Moreover, when our confidence increases, the nervous system becomes much stronger.

Today's big insight
We looked at an important question:
Why do some people drink, smoke… yet live long?
Why do some people have very clean habits but suddenly experience physical damage?
Is it food?
Is it habit?
Or thinking?
What we found out:
Even though some people have bad habits —
They think about the future.
They think about goals.
They imagine success.
They are not afraid of habits.
But some people have clean habits —
- They doubt everything.
- Does drinking coffee harm the body?
- What happens if you eat late?
- What happens if you change your routine?
They cannot eat happily.
They could not live peacefully.
This suspicious thinking affects the brain.

The important fact is that food does not change the chemical reaction.
Only medicine does not change it.
Habits are not the only reason.
Thoughts change the chemical reaction.

If you eat with fear → Stress hormone.
If you eat with confidence → Positive chemistry.
So I said:
No breakfast?
“Today I am fasting. This gives me focus.”
Is there leftover food?
“This food gives me energy.
Today I am going to speak confidently.”
Do you drink coffee?
Drink it.
But drink it without doubt.

Lighten the medical term
“I have diabetes.”
“I have thyroid.”
“I have allergies.”
These words give weight to the brain.
Instead, say:
My body is adapting.”
My system is becoming strong.”
This is growth energy.”
I am in creation.”
The body listens to the meaning you give it.

A health issue is not an enemy.
It is an adaptation signal.
The body is very intelligent.
It adjusts.
It prepares.
It strengthens.
If you start living without fear 
Healing begins!

Today everyone left with clarity:
- Habit is not important — thinking is important.
- Doubtful mind is what hurts the body.
- Calm thinking is real medicine.
This is not saying to ignore health.
It is saying not to be afraid of health.
If fear decreases…
The body and mind will work together.
