The revamp of IT Sector- Time to invest?

Repost!! "IT is over..."

This single sentence is being heard everywhere today—
With fear.
With unease.
With anxiety about what tomorrow holds.

But has history ever witnessed merely the death of a sector? No. It has only witnessed change.
There was a time when people thought the world of commerce was limited to local marketplaces.
Then came the internet.

Amazon and #Flipkart rose as the faces of that change.

There was a time when cinema theaters and cable TV were considered the only forms of entertainment.
But when the world shrank into the mobile phone,

#Netflix and #YouTube emerged as the faces of that change.

There was a time when the automobile world was synonymous with petrol cars.
When the dream of electric vehicles arrived,

Tesla embraced that change and soared.
No sector has died.
It is the static mindset that has withered.

Today, the same talk surrounds the IT sector.
"AI is here..."
"There will be no jobs for humans..."
"The era of outsourcing is over..."

But what is the truth?
IT is not merely coding.
IT is not merely billing for manpower.
IT is a mindset.
It is the ability to identify a problem and create a solution for it.
In the past, we sold human hours.

Now, we must generate knowledge.
In the past, we wrote software for clients.
Now, we must create our own products.
In the past, salaries were based on hours.
Now, value is based on intellectual property (IP).
Weak business models will shrink.

But companies that adapt—
They will not shrink.
They will grow manifold.
Fear is natural.
But the moment fear transforms into a solution—
That is the moment we begin to learn.

AI is not something to fear.
It is a tool.
He who fears the tool falls behind.
He who uses the tool moves ahead. He moves forward.
The question isn't—

“Is IT over?”
The real questions are:
“Am I stuck at the same skill level I was at yesterday?”
“Am I learning the skills needed for tomorrow?”
Sectors change.
Technology changes.
Business models change.
But if one possesses a growth mindset—
No change marks the end.
It is a new beginning.

The IT sector isn't ending.
It is evolving.
Those who fail to change will look back at history with regret.
Those ready to change—
Will create history.
For a seed to sprout,
It must “end” its existence as a seed.

Yes!!

The history of IT isn't over!! It is evolving into a new form!!
Celebrate change!!
