A lot of members of the Steem blockchain were relieved when they got the twitter notice from the management which says

“The Steem Blockchain is operational but we are performing maintenance on our public API that is affecting some applications, including http://steemit.com.”

What most people discovered immediately was that they still couldn’t post, comment our carryout transactions on the Steemit interface (UI) but some smart guys tried other user interface and they worked quite well.

I was able to post my Actifit reports for yesterday and today and was also able to use partiko to do some editing on the post I had made. I also so discovered that some of the Steem-Engine tribe user interface I checked like neoxian.city and palnet.io were also working ok. Minnowbooster.net the Steem Power leasing platform is working fine.

All in all I think things are getting back to normal and only some little more time for all issues to finally come to rest. You can see the speed a lot of post were been churned out, that goes to show you the frustration loads of people were having when they couldn’t post. Steem is like drug to some, take it away and they start cranking up. Lol.
