The University of Nicosia announced its long-expected new NFT-Metaverse Course! And just as its Introduction to Digital Currencies and its Introduction to Defi, this course too, is FREE to attend!

Course instructors
This is a part where we start to see the uniqueness and innovation of the UNIC! Prof George Giaglis is instructor of the course with ... Punk6529! If this name rings a bell, you most probably read about him in the past or maybe even follow him on twitter. He is among the world's collectors, investors but also thought-leaders in the NFT space and is building a decentralized Metaverse, which include an NFT museum.

The course starts the week of October 3rd and ends the week of December 19th. It will take place over 12 weeks, and every week will corresponds to a specific theme.
There will be asynchronous access but also a weekly live session with the instructor where the students can also solve any queries they have.

Course Pricing
The course is 100% free to attend.
However the students need to mint an NFT to enroll, and they need to pay for the ETH gas fees.
I paid appx $1,53 (enrolled on the 20th of August)
Please note
Participants who want an official UNIC certificate of completion as an on-chain NFT, including them passing or failing, can do so at the end of the course by minting one at a cost of 0.25 ETH (plus gas).

Final Thoughts
I am very much looking forward for this course, even though autumn shall be difficult because I also plan to enroll at the new 'hands on' DeFi Lab course
