Perhaps you are one of my regular followers. If so, you must have already noticed that I am a co-founder of a community project on the steemit / hive Platform called Project Hope.
I had this experience that I am going to share with you in Steemit, but I am concerned that these events could be repeated here in Publish and I would like us all to be vigilant so as not to make the mistake of supporting plagiarized content.
A worrying aspect

Related to these points raised above, I noticed that a group of users who made some publications, which at first glance look like a great post, have joined our hive.
These publications have a common aspect. Despite being different users, they have similar structure and are based on YouTube video inserts.
I felt great joy when I approached the YouTube profile of these people and I could see that they are "Consecrated Youtubers" with tens of thousands of followers.
But then this joy became a concern, when I reviewed the comments section of these supposed users. Which it was the result? "Zero comments".
This is something extremely unusual for an experienced user in terms of crypto, blockchain and social networks and even more so for a Youtuber with this many followers.
Therefore I had to presume that these accounts were false.

When I detected these irregularities, my first action was to visit the YouTube profile of these video authors and leave comments.
I asked them if they were aware that their material was being published on other platforms. But I didn't get any answers, maybe because these YouTubers have thousands of followers and can't monitor all comments.
Positive Reaction
There was a Legitimate Steemit User, who also noticed this. He did a more thorough investigation and could see that we are in the presence of a wave of spammers with the same modus operandis.
I highly recommend reading this Post and I ask you to drop your comments and impressions if possible, since @louis88 joined our subscriber list and we will soon have his work in our hive.
Attention! A new wave of Youtube content spammers here at Steem. Proofed Fakers List and more... by @louis88

Recently, there has been a new wave of spammers (minimum 52 steem accounts - see list below) who publish various YouTube channels and their content here on Steem...
I say goodbye by inviting you to be attentive to these types of situations inside and outside our hive.
There will always be such unscrupulous people who incur identity theft simply with the intention of trying to get rewards.
This harms our community and the entire Publish0x ecosystem in general.
I think that in these cases the use of downvotes and red flags is justified.

Three Ways to Join Project Hope
Hopefully by now you think that our efforts are worth your support and you'll consider delegating some SP to help us grow. We will be happy to have you on-board our project and in return we share 100% ROI (curation rewards) with all delegators.
We share those rewards on a weekly basis and currently 1000 SP delegated to @project.hope will result with a profit of average 2 STEEM / week (which is slightly more than pretty much all delegating bots are offering).
